These Terms and Conditions and your use of the service will be governed by the laws of Ohio, United States, excluding its conflict of law principles. Your use of the service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to the United States government embargo, or designated by the United States government as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, such provision will be amended to achieve the intent of the provision to the fullest extent possible under applicable law. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated into other languages. In the event of a dispute, the original English text shall prevail.
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, the Company will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the service after such revisions become effective constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised terms.
