 To help us provide the most thorough and effective dog waste removal service, here are a few simple steps you can take before your scheduled visit: 

 Please remove or rake excess leaves, branches, high grass, or other yard debris. These can conceal waste and prevent a complete clean.  

  Be Mindful of Leaves, Debris, Snow and Ice 

Environmental factors like snow, heavy leaf cover, or other obstructions can prevent us from achieving a full clean. Even with a detailed sweep, some waste may remain hidden under these elements.  If we're unable to complete a full service due to weather or yard conditions, don’t worry we’ll make it up on the following visit with a “Double Duty” clean-up at no extra cost. Your satisfaction and a clean yard are always our priority. 

 "Please ensure all gates are unlocked and that we have clear access to the necessary areas on the day of service. For your peace of mind, we take before-and-after photos to help ensure your yard is thoroughly cleaned and your pet remains safe and secure." 

While we cannot guarantee an exact day or time each week, we typically service your property on the same day each week based on our route schedule.

Please note that weather conditions or other unforeseen issues may occasionally cause delays. If we’re unable to service your yard on the scheduled day, we’ll follow up and complete the service within the same week.
